Do you know how the personal computer reboot sequence came about?
Purdue University graduate David Bradley devised the most famous three-key combination in computer history: Ctrl-Alt-Del. In 1980, David Bradley was one of twelve IBM engineers working to create the IBM PC. Needing a simple way to restart the computer, should it fail, Bradley wrote the code for a reboot sequence. The Ctrl-Alt-Del program was written in about five minutes.
